Here to listen and support
Hi, I’m Ashley. I’m a therapist who believes healing happens in steady, safe spaces where you don’t have to explain or defend your feelings and where compassion comes before judgment. I work with kids, teens, and adults, and I especially enjoy supporting older teens and young adults as they navigate identity, relationships, and the tricky transition into adulthood. I also work with children as young as 6, helping them manage big feelings, adjustment challenges, grief, and emotional regulation.
My approach is warm, relational, and intuitive. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all advice. I focus on slowing down, listening deeply, and creating space for your thoughts, emotions, and values to come forward. Therapy with me often feels like a space to exhale, a place where you can finally say, “Okay, this is what’s really going on.”
Whether you’re facing anxiety, life transitions, or people-pleasing patterns, I meet you with steady support and genuine care. If you’ve been carrying the weight for everyone else or feel like too much and not enough at the same time, you’re not alone. I’d be honored to hold space for your story.
